Taco Factory: Discover Delicious Fast-Food Mexican Grub

I was looking for a place to eat, something local and different from the usual fast food options. Taco Factory was recommended, and since it was nearby and I am a fan of tacos, I gave it a shot. So glad I did. The taco with mixed beans and seasoned ground beef was fresh and flavorful and the Chili Verde burrito was amazing. Their salsa was a great addition to both and I look forward to the next time I'm in the area. Definitely eating here again.

I have to say we've been eating at Taco Factory for at least 30 years for many reasons. First, this is a very friendly, family owned restaurant located in Delano with easy access off 99 via Cecil Ave. The food is amazing, and some of our favorites include the chili rellanos burrito, the enchiladas with rice and beans and my personal favorite....the chips and cheese. My husband loves the chili Verde, but it's a bit spicy for me although the flavor is spot on. Its a small but mighty little place and you can call ahead for takeout.

Absolutely delicious! It's not your typical Mexican food! I grew up on it though and can't drive through without stopping. I'd never pick ground beef over shredded or a soft taco over a hard one anywhere else, but the soft ground beef taco here is amazing. My very favorite though is their chile Verde. It's worth the burn! Their rice is also amazing. You have to top it all off with a bunch of their chile sauce too!

Always a great meal at Taco Factory! Very good and unique tacos and burritos. Also need to try their version of a chili relleno! Its awesome! Smothered with chili verde os a hand stuffed cheese filled chili!even get extra Taco sauce (it's the best!) And I freeze it and pop a couple of frozen ones in a pan with fried potatoes and onions!

We drove all the way from Oklahoma to eat here and it was delicious we love this place and the staff is awesome!

I eat here almost every time I heard north out of Bakersfield. The food is the same now as it was 15 years ago. I always enjoy this little stop. The service improved a lot when they got rid of the old blonde lady with the weird nails.

Whenever we're in Delano, we stop and get a quart of Chile Verde and a quart of rice to go. The best! Update 2/21/24 We came here for the first time in a couple of years. Ordered the chili verde dinner and the relleno dinner. Both dinner’s portions were huge! My relleno was very good, maybe too much sauce though. My wife’s chili verde was excellent, maybe even better than before. The rice is very good as always and the beans are better than before. It’s still the same family, now the grandchildren run it. We also ordered a quart of chili verde and a quart of rice to go. The service is excellent, the restaurant is very clean and we highly recommend this place.

Where do i start ... Love this place. Tried taco factory rite before the fire and now thats its back ill be able to continue enjoing a big O huge satisfying meal. Super nachos ! Yup so thanks to the great employees of taco factory!
